8GB SD Card shows 113 KB capacity.

Already tried using SDFORMATTER as instructed before but still doesnt solve my problem. Also used CMD diskpart format clean and whatsoever.tried to delete partition but failed. didnt solve any problem either. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!

It's memory chips will most likely be corrupted and that can't be fixed. Bin it and buy a new one (you should always keep a couple of spare ones handy anyway).
