Accidentally hit set up wizard on my Verizon phone no longer have any recovery info how can I get back into my phone

Is there someday I can get back into Verizon phone I don't have the recovery info that I used when I set the phone up it says has to be a email that was synced on phone can't remember passwords etc. Have change emails but still all emails still have my personal info etc but then it says can't verify my account or can't find can I help me
