I assume you mean 0xc0000014 which means that the format of the disk is not recognized by Windows.

If you have another pc you can temporary use, download WinPE (Windows PreEnvironment) https/www.tenforums.com/software-apps/27180-windows-10-recovery-tools-bootable-rescue-disk.html, mount the ISO and copy the files to a bootable USB.
When you have copied the files to a bootable USB, boot from the USB and open Aomei Partition Assistant Pro.
What does the text under the tab 'File System' say for your partition(s)?
