Acer Aspire V3-731 how to get into bios or boot selection menu?

Hey guys I have this Acer which has the well-known anoying acer splash screen instead of the windows loading screen and no matter what I press - Tab, f2, f8, f10, f12, or all of the above with the combination of FN I can't get around the splash screen to get into Bios, neither can I get the boot popup menu. When the loading finishes, I get that blue screen and after that windows 8 log on screen. I enter the password but the desktop never loads so I wanted to reinstall windows but I'm stuck here

Alt-f10 I believe is the factory restore while F2 is the normal bios entry key for acer.
Does hitting esc during the splash screen do anything?

Nope the splash screen just doesn't go away. F2 doesn't help, and also alt+f10 can't get me into bios
