Acer laptop stuck

I went to reset my Acer laptop & after I turned it back on agreed to everything. Waiting for windows to install and it said my pc would be turning on and off so wait a while. Ive been Waiting 24 hours and it's still on the installing windows screen and stays around the same percents. How can I fix this to start up normally?

You'll have to be brutal and press the power button and hold it down for eight seconds to turn the machine off and let us know how it behaves when you switch it back on.

There will be ways to sort this out.
