acer travelmate p253-M does not boot after windows 10 update

I hope somebody can help me out there. I am from the Netherlands so I might make some mistakes. After a windows 10 update my laptop does not boot anymore. I see the Acer logo, then the turning dots in a circle but then it turns itself down again, repeating this in endless cycles. Is there anything I can do? (preferably without losing the pics of my daughter...)

Not easily, but I may be able to access another laptop
