After shutdown, my notebook's fans, hdd and lights do not turn off

Hi guys!
I bought my notebook 2 months ago and everything was fine until now. Although, everything is fine now too, but this thing I described in title is really bugging me.
I recently installed Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag and after that when I shutdown or restart my computer, or even just put it in sleep mode, after the display and mouse turn off, the fans, hdd and indicator lights still working for about 2-3 minutes, Then they shut down properly.
This was not an issue until 3-4 days, since the game mentioned was installed. I first thought that the shutdown lasts so long, because of the game is so demanding,
Just updated my BIOS to the latest version, so I think that is not the problem.

Ok, I figured out, what the problem was. I remembered, I installed optional windows updates, including a driver for bluetooth adapter named: Qualcomm Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0 + HS. The version I updated the adapter is 8.0.1.241. Then I rolled back the driver to 8.0.0.226. So if anyone has the same problem, this could be a solution for you too.
