android box to blue ray dvd to older tv

no. blueray players do not generally have inputs. some higher end home theater system boxes which may or may not have a built in blue ray player might but not commonly.

you would be better off directly connecting to the tv via an digital to analog converter. you can convert hdmi to the type of input you need. i am guessing you need either component, composite or svideo depending on the age of the tv.

For what I know, BluRay will connect only to HDCP-compliant sets, so no converter would do the job for an old TV.
Then - why cripple hi-def BluRay on old lo-def TV?
Finally - why connect that "Android box" to BluRay in the first place? May be you woudl be able to connect it directly to the TV (it depends what outputs this box has), or thru an adapter. Again - you will lose a lot of quality.
