ASUS laptop Battery problem

Now I am using a laptop Model A52F with battery 10.8V,4400mAh.In this laptop a message "consider replacing your battery " shows.When I plug the power supply it shows plugged in and shows % of charging.What should I do.

Tamil Nadu, India? Have you checked the wear rate of your battery?
