Asus laptop Completely OFF

I have Asus K53SM laptop.

For the past 5 days,it is not getting turned ON.Even power LED light doesn't turn ON.

I have tried things like power reset,removed RAM and HDD.

There was no physical damage nor poured any liquid into it.

My battery is dead.My adaptor works fine.

But,only one thing happens.Everyday morning it works fine if I turn ON.Once I shut down to see whether it has got fixed,no sign of turning back ON till the next morning.

Someone please tell me,what could be the issue?

If it is making you wait almost 24 hours before turning on again, are you sure there isn't a heat issue?
