Solved! Asus r752s turns on and off automatically every seconds without even pressing the start button over and over

Halo need some help with a asus r752s when i turn it on it starts for 2 seconds and switches off immediately again. i opened it up took the battery out and used just the power adapter it does the same thing and once plugged in it starts and stops automatically without me pressing the power button. what may cause this? battery and adapter seems to be fine laptop was not used a lot 1 year old. ram is build in cant remove it and also cant find a cmos battery tried everything
