ASUS S400CA Won't Start

Screen does not light up, BIOS does not start, no beeps. I attempted a reset by removing the battery and holding the power button for 30-45 secs, this did not work either. With or without battery installed and charger plugged in the power button LED, charger LED, and small white "lightbulb" LED light up and are solid.

UPDATE - I thought maybe the hardrive was bad and replaced the same Seagate Momentus Thin 500gb harddrive, the same thing happens.

Any insight would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
