He has this problem where the NVIDIA GPU is like just not in the laptop.
It's not shown in Display Adapters.
There is also something like
Universal Serial Bus(USB) Controller - This device is not using any resources because it has a problem(something like that)
The laptop is like 1 month old.Has warranty
RMA is Return Merchadise Authorization. They give you a number and it has to be included inside the Box it is shipped back in as well as written all over the box ( or at least I did on one occasion ). If it is under warranty and not working then that should be your first option. You can contact support and they should tell you what you need to do.
