At&t galaxy s7 edge can't get at&t to help and Verizon said buy a Verizon one can anyone help I'm having enough trouble truing to root my note 3 model n-900v which is ridiculous

The only way to unlock it is if it is paid for in full and then only the company you got it from can unlock it. If the 'paid for in full' condition is met, then they 'have' to unlock it for you. However, if it isn't paid for, then they are not required to unlock it. No one else can help you get it unlocked and rooting it won't unlock it. It may not even allow for the rooting without it being unlocked.

It is paid for but I got it used and the last owner never took it off there account which is why at&t won't help I know it can be jailbroken but wondering if there's another way to get the unlock code is all

You would have to get the person who owned it then to contact the company to have it unlocked. Without that, there is nothing we can do to help.
