Audio making buzzing/fuzzy noises, seems to be related to power supply.

When I plug my in-ear headphones into my laptop (plugged in, charging) it makes a faint buzzing noise in the background. Then, whenever I unplug my laptop from charging, the buzz gets even louder. I've tried plugging the charger into a different socket and it happens with all the headphones I've tried so I have no idea what's happening, is there too much power/not enough power going to the audio jack or something?
By the way I have an ASUS N76VZ, Win8 64-bit.
Thanks.

This happens to many people but there isn't any clear solution for it. I had it with my speakers but it went away when I changed the USB port. While this problem seems less intensive with high quality earphones, I have it now with my low-quality earphones but I cannot fix it.

To me, this problem appears to be caused by some kind of tiny "leakage" as a result of improper grounding, this is the key of the solution, not the solution itself.
