Best Free Video Editing Software

Hey all, I'm in need of a free video editor. One that isn't just basic, but one that has enough features for splicing video, adding in some generic effects, and it MUST support 60fps videos.

Currently I'm looking at lightworks (free), and Blender. But I can't decide.

Davinci Resolve is meant to be very good though got no personal experience with it
