Blu-ray player programs

Hello,I have a HP notebook that came with a blu-ray player built in. Everytime I try to play a blu-ray movie it tells me to upgrade and doesn't play the movie. Thats with any program I use including Windows Media Center. Please help.

Hello,I have a HP notebook that came with a blu-ray player built in. Everytime I try to play a blu-ray movie it tells me to upgrade and doesn't play the movie. Thats with any program I use including Windows Media Center. Please help.

P.S. I click upgrade on the dialog box and it doesn't do anything. On one programs it says upgrade complete and thats it. I try to play it after that and it loops back to the upgrade thing.
