Buying Products for Cleaning Notebook

Hey guys,
My Dell Inspiron 15R 5520 has been overheating lately and I am planning to clean the insides. I want it to be as perfect as possible. So, within a budget I'll be using the following products. Are they good:

Thermal Paste: I couldn't find Arctic Silver. The only option in my country are: Deepcool Z3, Deepcool Z5, Deepcool Z9 and Cooler Master IC Value V1. Help me choose the best.

I am planning to use this screwdriver kit: THIS. Although, I have another option too THIS but this one is costlier. I'll be using them later too. Help me choose.

Any soft bristle brush for cleaning the insides (as opposed to compressed air). Will I be fine?

I know I am making a fuss about useless stuff but I'll be using them later too so they need to be fine.

I do bhai. I just wanted to know how good the products are. Vishnu, can you tell me which is the best thermal compound I can find online? I couldn't find Arctic Silver.
