Can i hook up a video camera to a 2013 32 inch samsung smart tv

Was hoping there is some way to hookup a web cam or a video camera to my smart tv.It was bought in nov of 2013,i know thats a better year for the smart tvs.Thanks for your time.

Ok first off I need some clarification. What is the brand and model of your camera? Also does the tv support hdmi?

Havn't got a camera yet,wasn't going to if it couldnt be done.And yes my smart tv supports hdmi.No micro output.
