Cannot connect my tv box to my Toshiba. Keep getting no Signal

Try it on another TV. Maybe the tv box is DOA. If it has an external power supply that could be bad.

I tried another hdmi cable and it worked! Now I canot connect to wifi. It keeps searching for was router
