Canon Camcorder R800 (out via HDMI Type A) to Windows PC (via USB 3.0 in)

Goal: To have video incoming on USB 3.0 for OBS (Twitch) and other Video Win PC software.

Is the goal attainable? Or just stick with camcorder usb out to pc usb 2.0 in?
