Hello,

I am Canon Camera customer using Canon SLRs for more than 15 years...

Recently I purchased Canon 60D with various lenses.

I am facing a small problem.

When I put the camera on "Bulb" and expose for say 10 seconds then the LCD screen displays the image after 12 seconds...Why this delay?

I've noticed when doing automatic time exposures on Olympus and Canon compact cameras that there is a pretty long wait while the thing exposes then, presumably, does some magic to compensate for the low light. Remember the issue of reciprocity failure with long exposures on film where you had to jiggle the settings beyond just setting the time ?
