Canon XA10 how to 30/60FPS

Hello,

I've got a Canon XA10 but i can only record in 25i/50iFPS i want to record in 30/60fps like other people do .

But i cant find how to do this?

It sounds like you have the PAL version.
Canon XA10 frame rates: 60i, PF30, PF24, 24p (native)
Canon XA10E frame rates: 50i, PF25
