Cant Play more than 2hrs of Video

Hi All,
I have downloaded a movie to a 16G flash drive and connected to samsung Lcd TV. But exactly after 2hrs the screen switches back to Main Menu.. Happens for all movies which are more than 2hrs..Does not happen on my PS3..

Any idea??
