Ceton InfiniTV 4 - issues!

Does anyone have experience with the Ceton InfiniTV cable card tuners?

Currently running as a network installation supplying TV to 3 other PC's.

Issues:
Tuner not found daily
Encrypted channels not working randomly, works when it wants to!
Signal stops randomly and restarts sometimes after 1 minute up to 10 minutes.

After a reboot of primary PC and client PC's everything works but daily I have to reboot everything.

Intel Gigabit CT adapter card
GTX 280 GPU
Corsair TX 850 PSU
Ceton InfiniTV 4
1 - Tuning adapter - USB

Have you updated to the latest drivers/firmware?

Yes I am running beta drivers and firmware but in the end of 2 months of tech support troubleshooting the issue I am exactly where I started.
