Cheap and good gaming sound speakers?

I need an sound speaker on a budget around for 20$ without the need of external power cable.

my setup is kinda apart, power bracket to the right and pc to the left. which makes it hard to connect both at same time

most external speakers have built in amps that require a seperate power plug (ones worth having).

you wont find many 2.1 speaker set ups that dont require power - i suggest 2.1 as theres no real benifit to external speakers, if you just going to get a stereo 2.0 set up, over a headset. > Logitech Z213 2.1 Speakers < £24.99 in UK. dont know what they sell for where you are.

There are USB powered speakers, but if you can plug in the PC, you can plug in the speakers. Don't know what the issue may be there.
