Chrome making PC Get Stuck at 100% CPU Usage

So it doesnt happen much but when it does I have to completely restart my PC. I even exit out Chrome and try to end process through task manager but it wont go away, The process stays there while I dont even have chrome open . I know my Laptop is old but not old enough (imo) for this happen and like I said doesnt happen often.

Try using Ccleaner free program and run a clean.. NOTE: It'll clean your chrome's Internet cookies, cache, history, download history, last download location, etc.. however you can check/uncheck them in the left column under applications tab. Check and report..

Sorry forgot about this thread. But thanks it helped for a couple days without any problems but it started doing it again yesterday. I'm just guessing my laptop is too old. I'm building a new pc soon but thanks for your help
