Compaq pressario cq61 no operating system message

Hello,
I started to do a system recovery to take the laptop back to its factory settings and after 94% completion it told me it couldnt do it - the screen flashed a few times after to say it swas installing again and then stopped and now when I switch on it says no operating system found. Please help 🙁

Do you have the re-installation disk that came with the laptop?
