Connect a 19inch tv that is dtv to a 55inch that isn't but supports 1080i only threw A/V jacks

I want to connect digital antenna to my 55 inch tv 2004 sony wega coax cable but it won't pick up anything.

That old of a TV may not have an ATSC digital tuner built in. You would need an external tuner. If the TV has a component video input get one with that output. If not then you need a converter box which won't output in HD.
