Converting DELL Latitude CPi A Windows 98 to WIFI

I have the laptop mentioned in the title. It's not essential that it has WIFI but I was hoping that there is a solution.

My current theory on how to do it is:

then buy an ethernet card?

Does the laptop have a PCMCIA slot? If so, you can buy a suitable plug-in card.

Yeah I have a double PCMCIA slot. I also already have a PCMCIA card, it is an ethernet card but I think I need to install a WiFi driver because my laptop's stuck in Dial-Up era.

Lol. I have a working laptop and a desktop. But there's some memories I have on that laptop which I'd like to upload to OneDrive. Plus it's still a great little laptop and full working order would be nice.

When I say that the laptop's stuck in Dial-Up era, I have no idea how to get it out of this. It's not as if I've tried anything. And I presume that the ethernet card is working.
