I reinstalled windows, i had windows 10 but it turns out that my laptop doesnt run well on it, because of drivers etc, so i installed Windows 8.1 Pro and its all good now, but i encounter a problem, my cpu turbo boost to 2.5ghz around 3ghz sometimes, so the problem is that the highest that he will run after minutes booted is 1.95ghz, and to solve that i just go to power settings change the plan to recommended and to hight again, and it fixes it, any throughts whats the issue?
