The only DVD's that will play on my DVD Player have a file structure with a file folder of Video_TS that contains Video_TS_BUP, Video_TS_BUP and Video_VOB files. I have an MP4 file and used video converters that say they will create mpeg_2 files, but they only produce a VOB file that will not play on my DVD Player. How do I accomplish this?

That file structure is STANDARD DVD, and that's what a standard DVD player look for and understands, can't just stuff any ole vob in there and expect it to play, with a standard player. I have heard the famous Oppo player will play anything.

I have solved the problem by using DVD Flick and Img Burn - both free software. See https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/3061/burn-any-video-file-type-to-play-on-a-dvd-player/
