Dell Netbook won't turn on

*I have no tech experience, but I'd like to try anything before spending money to have this fixed.


When plugged in, the power light is on and the charging light flashes. Those are the only signs of life. It won't power on at any time.

Help!

need to know he make to give you directions.
also to rule out a screen, does it have a video out put you could hook to a tv or monitor?
