Do I need antivirus? Turn on firewall or not?

Do most macbook users have anti-virus, or not?

Also, I was looking through the settings and was surprised to see that my firewall was turned off by default. I assume that means I don't really need to turn it on?

You don't need an antivirus for Macbook.
