I don't have cable or pc set up, but would like to connect several tv's together, so I can watch a dvd on all of them at the same time. so when I'm downstairs, same movie will play as upstairs, and so forth. Thank you.

Outputs to Inputs:
Depending on distance coax cable is probally the best way to go.
You need a dvd player with a coaxial output. Cable out of DVD player to a coax splitter. Run a cable to each TV

Without coax you'll need a splitter/amp to take signals from DVD player and send them to the TV's.
The logistics all depends on what your DVD outputs are, and what inputs your TV's have.
