Does PC read splitter connected headphones as different outputs?

I was just wondering if PC was reading 3.5mm Y splitter connected headphones (or speakers, a.k.a any audio device) as different outputs, like in device manager?

No, there is only ONE connection there

is it possible with an amp? i mean is there any hardware that is capable of giving pc multiple outputs to work with with one 3.5mm jack.

No, again, you have ONE CONNECTION. It's unencoded analog so you cannot put more than one output (with two channels) though there. If you need more, buy a USB DAC
