DVD-RW in LENOVO 3000N200 Not DETECTED in WIN 7

Why my DVD-RW in LENOVO 3000N200 not detected on Win 7 Ultimate? Because in Vista pre-installed before, it can (via USB). I've try update according IBM/LENOVE Website, but still don't work. Anybody can help me? Thank's before.

When updating, did you install the W7 driver/firmware for it? If Lenovo doesn't have a driver on it's website for it, try IDing the specific brand of DVDRW drive in your computer and search the maker's website for an updated driver.

You mean I've to open the case? then I'll break the guarantee seal, so I lose my waranty. Is there another option? check using software. thank's
