Everything is failing

Ok, so I have a really BIG problem with my laptop. It started yesterday (Saturday 29 November) while I was playing CoD MW2. I was with my friends on Skype, and suddenly, audio goes crazy, internet fails, I force close CoD and Windows tells me about 3 video driver crashes, I tried troubleshooting the internet connection and it says that the troubleshooting tool is not on, i click try this fix and nothing happens. What the hell is going on?
Here's the laptop:
MSI CR630:
-AMD Athlon II dual-core 2.2GHz P340
-integrated ATI Mobilty Radeon HD 4270 w/ 512 MB of Video RAM
-total of 4 GB of RAM (3.5 useable)
-Realtek audio
-Win 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

Yes, it sees the wifi connectoin but can't acces the internet, sound is failing after like 10 mins

And now the computer wouldn't start the display, HDD activity LED is staying off, nothing happens.
I think it's dead. Ctrl Alt Delete won't restart the PC, tried the Num Lock to see if it's LED is working.. nothing, aswell with Scroll Lock, and Caps Lock. The only thing I can see is the power button LED, the computer activity LED (on when the laptop is on, off when it's off, flashing when in standby), num lock led is on, caps led is off, scrl lock is on.

You can update the drivers of your hardware items for getting rid of this problem. It could also be due to some virus from internet. An antivirus could also help.

If my laptop would boot now... it's kinda dead atm

So... final results after research and tries to get it into the OS, the results are... dead CPU.
