Question extension called options keeps showing up on chrome

There's this weird extension called options that keeps showing up for some reason, my chrome tab will close and when I open it again it will be there and my adblocker will be disabled. I've tried using Malware Bytes and and I've uninstalled and redownloaded chrome, and it still shows up.

I'm thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling windows, but I need to wait until my usb drive arrives

I have the extension Shinigami Eyes (an extension that highlights which users on social media are transphobic or not, adfly skipper, better ttv, custom profile picture for netflix, and Unwanted Twitch

I can't really do that, it's completely random when it happens
also I've had all these extensions way before this started happening (or way after)
