Asked about this over in the windows 7 forum but have had no replies, when I download any .exe files and try to run them it gives me this error, can't work out why, read multiple fixes but none of them work for me, some people have fixed it by changing where the downloads save to because apparently has something to do with directory being too long, doesn't work even If i save straight to the root of my C:/, Other people have said it's because the file has weird characters in it's name but not this either and the only other thing I could find was something to do with system restore points being saved to the wrong location. Any ideas anyone?

Hello... Typically APPS you DL will be compressed, and files needs to be extracted to a location of choice, and run from there... can you post a file location/DL I can examine?
1) Are you win 7 32bit?
