Finding Graphics cards

I am trying to locate one of the following:
Mobile Intel GMA X3100 graphics controller
Nvidia Quadro NVS 135m
Nvidia Quadro NVS 140m.
Tried both Dell and Intel unsuccessfully. Open to any suggestions. Thanks.

You won't find individual chips that get soldered on the mobo as all of these are. You need to look for the mobo.
