Forgot password on dell laptop , Need to create a reset password cd for free But where Tried removing battery with no luck when I put it back in , its says Email and or password failed

You needed to create a password reset CD long before you forgot the password. It's too late now.

We can't help you with lost password here at Tom's because we can't see proof of ownership but if you take the machine to a local PC fixer and provide that proof, they should be able to help you, if only with a reinstallation and partial data recovery.
