Fuji finepixs5700 flash problem

The flash dose not pop up even when there is less light. One while operating it my finger touched the flash when it was about to pop up, from that time it is not poping up

On some cameras there is a manual "Lock-Unlock" for the popup flash. When this is in the "Lock" position it will prevent the flash from popping up. Check this feature. The manual will explain details.
