If I buy this notebook with only the 1tb HDD, will the m.2 SSD slot still be installed? Cuz im trying to install a m.2 ssd thats better than the one they will sell including the m.2 ssd.

Yes, the notebook will still have the m2 slot, it will just be empty.

No problems, you can put in a samsung evo 850 the m.2 version (that's what I have done with an Asus and I am really satisfied with that).

yeah that was what I was planning to do as well (since the one they will give is only 150 Mbps writing speed).
