Hello, I've bought Haire tv brand LE50H6800CU that is 4k ultra HD tv as described. when i connected my ps4 pro to it i couldn't have the 4k resolution. knowing that my ps4 setting says that my tv doesn't HDR. please advice me on how to get my tv to give 4k resulotion .

I can't find any information that states that the TV has HDMI 2.0 which is needed for 4k. The manual is very sparse.
If you see an HDMI input labeled 2.0 use that one for the PS4 pro. Check the settings in the PS4 to try and set it to output in 4k.
