My samsung galaxy tab wont turn on after i factory reset in the settings and then when i resetting it after a few seconds of processing it shuts off and then when i turn it on again it goes to the samsung model name screen and then shuts off please help i need to ressurect my galaxy tab 3 lite

You can try to re-load the factory ROM on it. Do a web search for factory ROM for your model, the site with the download will also have directions on how to do the flash. You'll need a computer for this with the tablet connected to it.
