Would like suggestions on how to covert HDMI to coax (RG6) to HDMI. Trying to use TV in man cave for football season and not lease a receiver. I have read a thread on here about

E-SDS 1080P HDMI Extender over Coaxial Cable,HDMI Signal to HD Digital TV Signal Based on DVB-T CATV Up to 328-1640Ft(100-500m) by Transmitter & Receiver CV0017

Is this a good option? And not to be greedy is there converter that would allow you the ability to change the channel at the remote location?

I have Dish Network as my provider.

These may or may not work. It depends on the quality of the coax and even how well the cable is terminated.
If you aren't using an existing coax then HDMI converters for Cat6 are better developed. I would run 2 CAT cables just in case since the wire is thin and not expensive.

The HDBaseT converters are better but more expensive.
