headset Microphone enhancements

so i got a new computer and under the playback devices/recording/microphone/properties/enhancements. there is nothing other then disable all sound effects my other computer has noise suppression and echo something also the enhancement tab for speakers has nothing other then disable sound effects to. my computer is a HP - Beats Special Edition 15.6" Laptop - AMD A10-Series - 8GB it uses realtek audio for its drivers and beats audio but i did not see anything

You can't apply audio enhancements or sound effects to microphone input, only to speakers or headphones output.

Look in Control Panel >> Realtek HD Audio Manager

There is also usually a Realtek sound icon in the notification area to access the Realtek HD Audio Manager by double-clicking on it.

Thats the thing i don't have a Realtek HD Audio Manager in my control panel. and i am not sure why.

AMD high definition audio device and Realtek high definition audio.

i downloaded and installed Vista, Windows7, Windows8, Windows8.1, Windows10 Driver (32/64bits) Driver only (ZIP file) but i still don't have anything under enhancements nor do i have realtek audio manager =/
