You can try opening it up and shorting out the motherboard.

Hi

Easy to bypass the on off switch on a desktop motherboard.
Sometimes you can swap the cables to the reset switch (if it exists)

For laptop this is much more difficult

You would need to give us exact model to see how to access & remove switch
You may be able to find spare parts, possibly from laptops being broken for spare parts

There are U-Tube Videos and service manuals for most laptops which go into detail on how to dismantle laptops

If you do not feel confident in doing this after doing research on how to do it get a professional to do it for you
