Hello people, I have an issue with shortcuts

My every folder in my PC including the external Flash Drive..... every time I try to open a shortcut file it says it has been changed or moved i preinstalled windows several times but nothing changed

How are you creating the shortcuts? What procedure do you use?

If the issue is with all shortcuts then most likely there is some error in the way you are creating the shortcuts.

There are other such tutorials available.

Read through them and see if you can spot where the error may be.

Need more details, what do the shortcuts go to? When did this start, did anything get installed, uninstalled, etc... before the issue started?

Did you check the location the shortcuts go to and see if the items were actually still there?

Most of the time the files were moved or the disk letter was changed when shortcuts give that error.
